Business Development Executive


Actively seek for new prospect, reach out, build rapport, propose, up sell and cross sell IT solutions to achieve sales target in a self-independent and professional manner.

Main Duties:

• Intelligently identify the right prospects to reach out.
• Always creatively up sell and cross sell to customer to provide further satisfaction.
• Mature thinking to uncover customer underlying problems and propose the right resolutions.
• Professionally engage with customer from initial contact, presentation, follow up, and close deal to gather feedback.
• Attend to new or existing customers inquiries over the phone and via tickets.
• Take ownership and responsibility in contributing to sales target and client retention.


• Preferable at least (1) Year working experience.
• Great level of English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Knowledge of sales process with good human interaction and negotiating skills.
• Self organize and committed towards tasks assigned with proper time management.
• Independent and self-initiative for personal growth.
• Outgoing personality and like meeting with people.
