It really depends how complex the website/software would be. Both of us would agree on a due date and we would make sure that the website/software be completed before it is due.

Below is our web development process:
1) Client to prepare the web content structure (material as above).
2) We will visit client to discuss on the web pages requirement and to collect 50% downpayment.
3) We will come out with the first page layout design according to client requirements within 1  week after payment is cleared. The design layout will be available for viewing online by client.
4) Client to feedback on the design amendment required (color, layout, button, navigation etc) based on the single page layout design via email, fax or telephone.
5) After the amendment and confirmation by client on the first page layout design, Net Onboard will proceed with the rest of web pages development. There shall be no major layout design to be changed after confirmation by client.
6) Any updated and completed web pages will be published to the temporary link online and client will be able to view the progress of completed pages.
7) Entire development process duration depends on client feedback and amount of amendment required.
8) After the web site completed and verified by client, the balance payment to be settled before the web content is delivered / published online officially.

Note:
- Each client is allowed for maximum 2 times of layout design amendment prior confirmation.
- Any project pending for client feedback for more than 2 months, the entire project will be called off, and the down payment will be forfeited.

Only the editable HTML web pages are provided. Development/Source file such as .psd / original jpeg photos are not provided.

Note: you may need to have some basic web page editing knowledge and experience to use this package.

No. Each template design package comes with 4 readily design HTML web pages editable using any web editor. We do not perform customisation to the existing layout design nor addition of new pages. However, you may perform any edition / customisation to the pages yourself.

The Template Design Package is meant for web site owners to perform updating of content themselves eliminating the hassle of doing the complex designing task.

However should you require us to perform content update, we do assist in content update for the existing 4 template pages and up to 4 additional product pages (using same template) with a minimum charge of RM500. The content update does not include the change of layout design/color/banner picture.
