| 2. How does the Enterprise Spam Firewall work? |
The Net Onboard Spam Firewall sits in front of the
email servers accepting all email messages from the
Internet. It then scans them for viruses and spam.
Allowed messages are then delivered to each email servers
respectively.
Each message goes through 10 layers of tests to determine its spam probability.

| 3. What if the Spam Firewall isn't 100% sure an email message is spam? |
After an email message goes through its 10 layers of tests,
our Enterprise Spam Firewall assigns it a spam probability number.
If it is 100% sure the email message is spam, it will be blocked. You'll never see blocked messages so you won't have to waste your time sifting
through these spam messages. When it is about 50%-99% sure a message is spam, it will quarantine the message. Quarantined messages are saved on
the Net Onboard firewall for your review.

| 4. What happens if someone's email is blocked by the Spam Firewall? |
If the Enterprise SPAM Firewall blocks a message someone sends to you, they will automatically be notified by email that the message was blocked.
A "false-positive" where legitimate email is mistakenly blocked, is extremely rare.

| 5. Can I disable Spam filtering
for my shared hosting plan if I don't want it? |
Yes. You may write to our support stating your domain
and to request to turn off the Enterprise Spam Firewall
on your domain.

outgoing mail being scanned in
Enterprise Spam Firewall as well? |
No. Our Enterprise Spam Firewall only cover incoming
traffic at this moment.

| 7. I wish to subscribe
the Enterprise Spam Firewall
for my office email server. Any configuration to be
done? How long does it take to activate the service? |
We require your end to disable
standard port 25 and only open SMTP access for our spam
firewall. Besides that you will also need to update the MX
records given. Domain propagation will take place after
MX update in 24-48hours where at this point of time, you
will see significant different from having spam firewall
and without spam firewall.

| 8. Do you provide control panel
for my Server Administrator to manage the Allow or Block
of Email / Domain? |
Yes, we can provide you the user access as to manage
quarantine mails if you subscribed for the service
separately for your own email server. By default, it will
follow global setting.
For shared hosting clients, no user control is provided.
Any request is to be submitted to our Support team for
further action.

| 9. How may % of spam will be
filtered by Net Onboard Enterprise Spam Firewall? |
As default configuration, it filter at minimum 95% of
spam mails. The filter rate of 99% is achievable after
completion of Bayesian training by user.

We offer two type of packages to cope for different
users requirements based on the number of mailboxes. You
may go for the unlimited mailbox packages if you have
more than 25 email accounts and heavy email traffic per
day.
