| 2. Where will my server be co-located? |
Your server will be hosted locally in Malaysia at one of our Data Centre either in
- Netmyne Cyberjaya
- Netmyne Brickfield
- Aims Cyberjaya
based on your preference as well as availability of rack space.

| 3. How can I access/maintain my server? |
At most times,
using remote access software such as FTP and TELNET is sufficient for you to be able to access your own system to update and maintain the
content of your own server.
Physical access to your server during/after office
hours/weekend/public holidays require 3 days written
notice in advance.
