| 1. What is VPS? |
Virtual Private Server allows you to enjoy the benefits of "virtual" standalone server without the needs of investment on physical hardware and operating system software.
You can manage your virtual server just like having a
standalone server.

| 2. What is included in the VPS
account? |
Each VPS account comes with plain Windows 2003 Standard OS
only with no pre-installed applications / scripting /
configuration. You will need to install & configure the virtual server yourself or have us to setup it according to your application requirement
with a setup and configuration fee.

| 3. What are the packages
available? |
There are 2 packages available at the moment which are
VPS Win 1 & VPS Win 2. Please refer to our
VPS packages for the features available.

| 4. How long will it take to
setup my VPS account? |
Your VPS account will take 1-2 working days
(usually within 24hours) to setup after payment is
cleared.

| 5. What are the payment option
available? |
You may choose to pay monthly (one time setup fee
applicable) or to pay annually (free setup fee).

| 6. Do you provide any test account? |
Yes, we can provide you with a
7-day trial account. Before that,
kindly let us know the requirements of your software /
application so that we can propose a suitable solution to you.

| 7. Can I install my own software
to the server? |
Yes, you may install any of your own software
/ applications to your VPS account.
|

| 8. Can I install MS asp.net AJAX and installed some Hotfix for .net 2.0 as well? |
Yes. You may install any component / DLL to your VPS account as long as you take into consideration
that your application / component resources consumption will not exceed the CPU / Memory allocation.

| 9. Where is the server located? |
The server is located in Malaysia at Netmyne
Brick Fields Data Centre.

| 10. How many VPS clients will be
sharing the same server? |
Each server will
be shared by approximate 5-8 VPS accounts.

| 11. Based on VPS Win 2 package,
can I increase the Memory from 512MB to1G? |
No.
If your application requires a higher resources than the VPS Win 2
package allocation, in other words, your application is no longer suitable
to be hosted under Virtual Private Server. You shall then to consider to migrate to a dedicated server
/ server co-location option instead.

| 12. After I signup to the
package, can I cancel the service at any time? |
Yes, you may
cancel the subscription at any time however there will
be no refund on the subscription fee.

| 13. Will I have remote desktop
connection to the server? |
Yes, you will be
given the administrator username and password where you
can use Remote Desktop Connection to login for any
program installation depending on the resources
allocated to your VPS account.

| 14. Can I restart the
virtual server myself without affecting or being
affected by other VPS client? |
Yes. Each VPS account is independent with one another in
terms of CPU, Memory resources even though they are
sitting on the same hardware. Therefore, reboot of any
virtual account will not affect the rest of VPS
accounts.

| 15. I'm interested in VPS. Can I get 2 dedicated IP? |
Each VPS comes with 1 dedicated IP.
You may however purchase for additional IP at RM100/year
per IP.

| 16. What is maximum database concurrent connections
I can have in my VPS account? |
It is actually based on your configuration at the virtual server.
Your VPS account will be limited in terms of CPU and Memory resources as stated in the package details.

| 17. Do you provide support for the basic configuration? |
No. The VPS will be fully managed and supported by clients.
You may treat the VPS account as your "virtual" Dedicated server where you can install any software
/ applications / components and to manage them yourself.

Step 3) Proceed with payment and fax/email payment
receipt to us.
