How does Email Redundancy Solution work?
 
 
System Flow

Step 1
Emails travel as usual when internet connection and 'Your Email Server' are working fine.
 

Step 2
When 'Your Email Server' or internet connection is down. Emails will be returned to sender as undelivered if Email Redundancy Solution is not in placed.
 

Step 3
With Net Onboard Email Redundancy Solution, bounce back mail will never happen. Our Layer 1 comprised of multiple Redundancy Email Servers located globally. This provides 100% availability for your email service.
 

Step 4
Emails captured in Layer 1 will then be passed to our Spam & Virus Firewall for filtering.
 

Step 5
Cleaned Mail will be released to our Layer 2 Redundancy Email Server and automatically re-routed to 'Your Email Server' once it is live again.
